Clayton Gits is a Richmond native with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate operations. He founded Mission Realty Property Management with one clear goal: to provide a professional, system-based, high-tech, high-touch approach to managing investment properties.
Clayton believes great property management is built on structure, consistency, and proactive oversight. Every process, from tenant placement to maintenance coordination and financial reporting is designed to protect assets, reduce risk, and give owners confidence in their investment. Spencer Yount

With a career rooted in hospitality and sales since the age of 15, Spencer has spent his life mastering the art of service. After five years of owning and operating food trucks, he traded the high-speed kitchen environment for real estate, ultimately finding his true calling in property management.
Spencer prides himself on being the bridge between complex landlord-tenant laws and seamless property operations. Whether he is researching the latest legislative shifts or resolving a complicated maintenance issue, his goal is to protect every investment with the same grit and dedication he has brought to every venture. He thrives on staying ahead of the curve, ensuring that owners are protected and issues—from the mundane to the complex—are handled with precision.
When he isn’t advocating for his clients, Spencer balances his time with his family and is currently building out a homestead, a project that reflects his hands-on approach to life and property.
Jacob Lambert

Jacob Lambert is a military veteran who understands that success in property management is built on trust and transparency. When he isn’t consulting with clients, Jacob is likely pushing his physical limits. An avid mountain biker and adventurer, he finds his balance getting lost in nature alongside his fiancée and their dog.
